Lee R. Rosenberg is a distinguished author, a retired U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel, and a former civilian employee of the Department of Defense with a deep passion for history and storytelling. He was born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky, and graduated from the University of Miami with a degree in Psychology on an ROTC scholarship. During his 21 years of service in the U.S. Army, he achieved the rank of Lieutenant Colonel and later obtained a master’s degree in Procurement and Materials Management from Webster University. Throughout his extensive military and civilian career, Rosenberg held various leadership roles in procurement and small business programs. He ultimately served as the Director of Small Business Programs for the Missile Defense Agency. In 2012, he was selected for the prestigious Senior Executive Fellowship Program at Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government.
In addition to his professional accomplishments, Rosenberg is dedicated to historical research and literature. He crafts powerful narratives exploring resilience, morality, and survival themes. His writing brings history to life, illuminating the human condition through gripping and well-researched storytelling. His latest work, “Moral Borders,” immerses readers in the struggles and triumphs of individuals facing the horrors of war. Rosenberg currently resides in Huntsville, Alabama, with his wife, Ashley. They cherish their time with their six children and seven grandchildren as they continue to write and inspire others.
